Every student's voice is worth listening to, respecting, and amplifying! We are all a living and breathing narrative, shaped by the experiences we have lived through in this journey. Using a humanistic/strength-based/narrative approach, Mr. Greene attempts to help students and their families further understand each other not only within the academic environment, but also within their homes and communities, as well. For Mr. Greene, to be human is to be a global citizen: a human willing to learn about one's lived experience in a nurturing, respectful way regardless of identity and/or history.

By being an advocate and ally, Mr. Greene truly believes that this is truly how lifelong learning occurs and how knowledge of self is developed in order to help a person in their pursuit of a happy and healthy life. Respect and understanding of one's being is essential towards the true development as well as practice of any inclusive, diverse, and equitable work.
